DEN Broadband Limited has established a two-tier grievance redressal mechanism in accordance with TRAI regulations. Customers may register complaints through Toll-Free Number, Email, Mobile Application, Self-Care Portal, or Written Communication.
Upon registration, a unique Complaint Reference Number will be generated and communicated to the customer. All complaints shall be addressed within prescribed timelines.
